  Educational excursion 2024-25 Educational excursion was held from class KG to class 10 to the following historical places. 1)Class 5,6 and 7 -  Shravanabelagol,Belur,Halebidu and Yadagir on 2/12/24 2) Class 9 and 10- Hampi,Badami,Alamatti,Bijapur gol gumbaz on 4/12/24 to 8/12/24. 3) To KG to 4 - Greenwood resort in Bangalore  on 12/12/24.

Geeta Jayanti celebration  We celebrated Geeta Jayanti on 11/12/24 in the presence of Ma.Bhanudas ji,All India General Secretary of Vivekananda Kendra. All the teachers did Aarati of Gita jayanti portrait. Ma.Bhanudas ji addressed about Manasik and Sharirik tapas by explaining shlokas in Bagawad Gita. Smita Didi had given  the spiritual discourse on The Bhagvat Gita Jayanthi that it is a day to honour the birth of Bhagavad Gita a secret text in Hindu Philosophy.The Bhagavad Gita is a dialogue between Lord Krishna and Arjuna where Lord Krishna teaches about Dharma,Duty, and how to live life with integrity. Bhagavad Gita shloka chanting competition was held on 13/12/24 in our vidyalaya. We conducted Bhagavad Gita drama competition on 14/12/24 in the presence of chief guest Archana ji and Dilip ji, well-wishers of Vivekananda Kendra. VEERGATHA, a story-telling session by Sri. Vikas Manhas on 2nd Dec 2024. Vikas ji captivated students with his gripping narration of stories that revolved around our wars and war heroes.  Vikas ji found it apt to highlight the valour and sacrifices of soldiers, who hail from Karnataka. Stories of Major Akshay Girish, Captain B M Cariappa (a Brigadier now) and Captain Naveen Nagappa struck a chord in the hearts of students, attending the session. The session was also dotted with many facts from our past that have largely remained unspoken.  The programme concluded with a Question and Answer session . Students of VKV, Kallubalu presented a wonderful Mallakambh performance on the occasion.   Total attendance -215
