Teachers' Day & Sri Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

The programme began with the Shanti Mantra, followed by Vivekavani and the welcome of our chief guests, Shri Murlidharan Ji and Smt. Geeta Murlidharan Ji. Students presented beautiful cultural performances, including Krishna Stotra, dance, drama, and devotional songs. The teachers offered Aarti to Lord Sri Krishna, making the celebration spiritually uplifting.

On the occasion of Teachers' Day, students expressed their heartfelt gratitude by honouring every teaching and non-teaching staff member with tokens of appreciation, recognising the unique qualities and contributions of each one. Sports prize winners were also felicitated.

Adding colour to the celebration, our Vidyalaya students came dressed as Radha and Krishna. After the programme, all the students participated enthusiastically in the Sri Krishna Janmashtami procession to Basavanna temple, Kallubalu

The celebration concluded with the distribution of prasadam, which was received by all the parents, students, teachers, and guests, bringing the joyful and devotional gathering to a memorable close.

Annual Day Celebration at Vivekananada Kendra Vidyalaya , Kallubalu

Annual Day Celebration Date : 12/1/2026 Place : VKV Kallubalu Theme : Atturing to Dharmic Narratives Guest : Ma Nivedita Didi , Lt. Gen Raju Sir , Smt Shakuntala Raju. Program started at 1:00 pm with lighting the lamp , aarati song was sung by VKV students. Before the program there was Sankrathi exhibition arranged , students from different states exhibited their state speciality . Ma Nivedita didi guided the gathering on narratives by giving examples of Swami Vivekananda's speeches at different countries.
