 Report on ' Katha Keertana ' Music Concert

The program ' Katha Keertana - Antar Vijaya (The inner victory) ' organized by Ambalam foundation was a very divine experience, where children could listen to classical devotional songs and Harikatha. They could also sing along with the artists, which made it a very engaging and uplifting experience for the students.

* The program started with prayer, led by Kum. Ruchitha of class 10, followed by a classical kruti rendition by Kum. Smruthi on Goddess Saraswati.

* Kr. Shivanand told the Vivekavani.

* Then Smt. Mithra didi welcomed the distinguished guests and performers.

* Kum. Disha performed a classical dance for a dasara pada.

* Then the musical program started, where Sri. TV Ramprasad ji led the vocals, which was well complemented by Sri Vikash Achutaramaiah ji narrating stories of Hanuman, Dhruva, Swami Vivekananda etc.

* The accompanying artists were Sri. Achyutha Rao ji on violin and Sri. Phanindra Bhaskara ji on Mridangam.

* The chorus was very well sung by 9 students of different age groups.

* The theme of the program was ' Vidyarthi Panchalakshanam - Kaaka cheshta, Bakodhyana, Shwananidra, Alpahari and Gruhatyagi' which taught us to be focussed, persistent, alert, self-controlled and leave our comfort zone.

* The audience thoroughly enjoyed the program.

* The vote of thanks was delivered by Smt. Archana didi and the program was concluded with Shanti Mantra led by Kum. Janani.
